oh your poor Mam. I wonder what she is having nightmares about.
If her dreams/nightmares are anything like her mind when she is awake, it will be very confusing for her as the dementia/alzhiemers twists her mind around so much. So much of the time, her mind must be in a 'fog like' state

that's so sad and the only thing they can do is try to give Mam a drug to help her sleep and stop the dreams. 0 -

Sorry your mum is suffering so much. It must be heart-breaking for you and your brother and sister to have to deal with.
Aesop, all this diversity drivel has permiated Scouting. I have been involved with my local Scout group for 12 years and have seen several changes. Each year we do a census to give Scouting UK an idea of how many Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Network Scouts there are in the County. Since 2006 we also have to list their sex and ethnic background.
I have been very vocal in my opinion that such info has no place in the world, after all, who cares if a child is white, brown or yellow so long as they are enjoying themselves.
We also have to show that each section is actively encouraging girls to join. If any section has a 'no girls' rule, the the whole Group suffers as they cannot apply for 98% of available funding.Never Knowingly Understood.
