Mr 3Dogs has received his credit report, and confirmation from 3 of his creditors accepting new pro-rata payments and supplying current balances, but just a letter from the other creditor asking for confirmation of change of address before they will communicate :mad: :mad: As this was for an overdraft on our JOINT account, and we receive 6-monthly statements from them at this address, this does seem rather mad, but will get the form and copy of ID off to them tomorrow and when they reply, we will be able to send all this documentation off to CCCS together with proof of income and completed DRO paperwork, which will start off the DRO process officially
