I had applied for a position up there and looks like I was in for a real chance of getting it. Ho hum.

Sorry to hear about the IB 3Dogs...just stay strong Hun & don`t let them upset you ( easier said than done I know...)
I was in the opposite to you in that I was on ESA & should have been IB. They kept calling me for medicals & then tribunals & then more medicals again. Actually I really think that they contributed to my stress & depression by their tactics....the DSS are just legalised bullies...I got welfare rights to sort mine in the end as I just couldn`t take it anymore.

Had a lovely letter today that Mr 3Dogs told me about over the telephone - it was from Job CentrePlus stating that my Incap Benefit was terminated with effect from 12th September   No explanation, just a P45 equivalent with total amount paid to me in current tax year

Like that one Dragon, so true :rotfl: :rotfl: There is NO WAY you could be expected to work and should definitely be on higher rate DLA - it is appalling what they are doing to people, the stress they are causing to already vunerable claimants
My BiL had a medical 8 months ago and was told that his benefit would stop as he had 'scored 9 on the medical assessment' when you need 15 to claim. He put in an appeal and was reassessed at 21 and therefore due benefit. 6 months later and he had another medical assessment yesterday so is waiting to see what they award him this time  :mad:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12
