Thanks Kit, I fink they are lovely :j :j

Had a lovely letter today that Mr 3Dogs told me about over the telephone - it was from Job CentrePlus stating that my Incap Benefit was terminated with effect from 12th September   No explanation, just a P45 equivalent with total amount paid to me in current tax year

I tried loads of times to get through to them on the phone but each time was told that they 'couldn't deal with my query as all their operators were busy with other calls', and advising me to try again later. so I was getting a little angry by the time I got through just after 4 pm. After discussing the matter, the lady told me that my benefit had been terminated as I had not returned a medical form which they had sent to me concerning the changeover from Incap Benefit to ESA. I explained that I had returned this completed form at the end of July, and had rang them the day before posting to let them know it was on it's way, as I was a couple of days over the time limit for it's return. The lady then had said that there was no problem now they knew that the form was on it's way to them. I had heard nothing since, though I was waiting to be called in for a medical to assess me for ESA

The lady sent an email to the relevant department and said that they would be in contact with me on my mobile as I gave them that number, and if I hadn't heard by 11 am on Monday to ring them again and they would chase it up within the hour. So I now have to wait till Monday to hear their explanation and find out if I will be getting any benefit paid into my bank next Friday. As I say, I had completed the form fully and returned it to them in the envelope provided, so what more could I have done
