Hello Boult, & Hellooooo Steve, I LOOOOOVE you thanks for giving me that advice. I rang up the bank and this time the asian girl (in India) said i had been a customer for 20 years and she was going to waive the fee as i hadn't done anything wrong. I obtained her name and email details and i have written a nice letter to her bosses saying she was great and could they reward her?!!
Work was ok. Bit of a headache but i have worked for an hour since i arrived home and i have completed a task- yay.
Susan's mam sounds a bit better I think.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
