    Hello Boult, & Hellooooo Steve, I LOOOOOVE you thanks for giving me that advice. I rang up the bank and this time the asian girl (in India) said i had been a customer for 20 years and she was going to waive the fee as i hadn't done anything wrong. I obtained her name and email details and i have written a nice letter to her bosses saying she was great and could they reward her?!!

    Work was ok. Bit of a headache but i have worked for an hour since i arrived home and i have completed a task- yay.

    Susan's mam sounds a bit better I think.

    OMG I thought i had done an hour of work. I have been working for almost two hours. Goodness me. It has flown away.

    Wonder where Porge is? I just PM'd him. Hope he posts. I am soooo nosey.

    Well you just saved me £25 so i owe you ironing for that and lots of hugs as you are so kind. I feel so blessed to know them Boult. I can't wait till we all meet one day.
