My train got into P'boro at 2.45 pm boult, but we went to Morrisons for some shopping, so actually got home about 4 pm/ It's lovely to be back home :j :j :beer: :beer:

T'was very early Beanie and I am now ker-nackered

I asked Doc about my tireness and long sleeps, but he felt it was the stress I have been under, and said "what can you do, if you are tired you must sleep" though he is having full bloods done to discount thyroid or other problems, so I will have that done tomorrow, along with the bloods for cholesterol check. I also asked about my palpitations for which I was awaiting a 24 hour heart monitor and he said I shoudl check with reception to see where I am on the list, which I did to find I am not on the list - but I am now :mad:

My middle finger of my right hand often 'locks' painfully and it hurts to click it/them straight again so I have to go back at 7.40 am next week when he will give me a steroid injection to free the tendon

Mr 3Dogs also saw the Doc but nothing to worry about - he asked about his varicose veins but doc said they don't do ops on them now for purely cosmetic purposes and he advised him to just raise his legs when sitting and wear surgical socks when standing for long periods

We then called at the car boot cafe for a cuppa, and went back into town to the auction. Mr 3Dogs stayed there while I walked over the bridge into the town centre and booked appointment for opticians for tomorrow afternoon, bought a couple of tops, and then had my hair trimmed

Today has been about 27 degrees and very humid, and that seeps the energy out of you. This afternoon I took my friend into town to the bank and then to A$da for her shopping - after wheeling her round and loading/unloading her shopping, and getting chair in and out of the car, I was shattered when I got home around 6 pm. Neither of us wanted a meal as such, so we have just had our weetab!x, mooler yoghurt and melon, and a cup of hot chocolate. Mr 3Dogs is already in bed reading and, as soon as the washer finishes, I am going to bed too - I feel like I will fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow
