Evening All, Oooooo raspberries, I'v got to wait till autum for mine.
Mine are just starting to bear fruit - we have been harvesting the tayberries for a few weeks, the raspberries are starting to fruit so only had a few so far, and the blackberries are flowering well. Ordered 3 blueberries that should give a long fruiting season next year. My strawberries have only given a half dozen fruit so far
but were last year's plants and have been very neglected, so pleased to get any fruit at all
Ordered new runners for next year's fruiting and gonna sort some windowbox type things for on out-house wall. We have to keep everything off the ground due to dogs, not just to stop them weeing on the plants but also stop the naughty pups destroying them  and we have the fruit bushes round the garden fence with supports, and low fencing in front to keep the doggies off
The blueberries will go in the same place, where we had tomatoes last year
We didn't plan anything this year, with things as they are, so didn't get anything done, and have missed my tomatoes - it's lovely just popping out to pick some as and when needed :j so will have to get some next year

thanks Ladies. Feel better now. Just had e-mail to tell me it seems a lot worse than it is, not to get too upset. Just a lot of info to take in.
And a lot of printing!
Poor Beanie
you can have some of our heat.
See, Boult, this is why I am not a good gardener. I want to grow my own veg and fruit but am useless when it comes to keeping things alive or weed free.0 -
