Poor DS Aesop - I still remember my sister and I having chicken pox - we had to stay at my auntie's house when we got it coz we were visiting there and we couldn't travel home on the bus - boy, was that some time ago   about 50 years ago   Mind you, I would have thought that he'd had this problem too long for it to be chicken pox
Time off work looking after him
he joys of parenthood eh???
(
I don't mind being off work, hate the place anyway but it is the money situation. And DH asked what are they going to say, because he was sick 2 days in April. - nothing I can do about it. He is a child, children get sick and I don't have immediate family to look after him. Nursery won't take him. What do they want me to do?
He said because I was off for 3 days last week and then this week.... well one of the ladies was off for 2 months, we coped! She had a wedding to go to in Pakistan, and took 1 month unpaid and 1 month paid.
No the skin disorder is definitely not chicken pox, he has symptoms of chicken pox. I can't tell about the rash or spots though. His temp was 39.4 the other night, and went down after given calpol.0 -
Sorry, I misunderstood Aesop - I thought you meant that the skin disorder was chicken pox - silly me

Mr 3dogs is on the way back from the car boot so going to get his dinner ready - the cafe owner pciked him up this morning and is bringing him home, nice guy that he is :A He has had an OK day but heavens opened late morning   Still, he got given LOADS of flowers from the flower seller today that he hadn't managed to sell so our old ladies in the street are going to be lucky today

Back later
P.S. PayPal still take their fees when buyer pays, it is just that the card gives you direct access to the money in your Paypal account

Hello everyone. Steve and Andy dropped me off this morning after a superb weekend. They looked after me sooo much. It was raining terribly and they had driving todo to get to hols.
They wont be online this week I dont think but are keeping in contact by phone as usual.
Mrs Brown was so funny my face still hurts from the laughter. I do like Bournmeouth. Next time we are going to introduce them to Bournemouth Andy (my best friend), mind you i have so many best friends!!!
So sorry about DS Aesop. Glad you are not going into work though it sounds so stressful there.
Susan nice about the flowers and hope van is sorted very soon.
Angel Helooooo. So nice to hear from you. Real life is so stressful it gets in the way of the fun on here!
Beanie how is his Lordship (your LB?) is he having fun now he is free from the shackles of exams?
I have spent the entire day in bed sleeping as sugars have not been good this week and i couldn't function this morning but am feeling much better now!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
thanks 3Dogs, you are a star.
There is a thread here about the new card and people there will probably answer any queries about the card Aesop - I have just managed to activate my new card, but had to do it on FireFox as didn't work on IE, but I think you use FireFox anyway, don't you?

I am going to have spring rolls, steak, and potatoes and lots of veg. New me!
The rain is dreadful but that is good as it has allowed me to rest this weekend.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Ah well Kit, as least the rain has been good for something ..... and the gardens and fields round here definitely needed it ..... they say East Anglia is in a state of drought
I've just been round delivering flowers to the old ladies in the nearby bungalows - had to stay and chat as they hadn't seen me for so long so it took quite a while
At least it has stopped raining now so I didn't get wet - hope it stays that way
