Hello All , thought it was time I caught up with the goings on on here. Funny thing, 3Dogs has never mentioned to me about losing [STRIKE]my[/STRIKE] her phone twice, she must be getting even more senile!!!!!
Crafti and Aesop, it was lovely meeting you both ( and Sam of course ) hopefully it wont be too long until we all get together again. Off to check ebay now, may be back later (footie allowing)

Pleased to hear about Mam, 3Dogs.

You may not believe in spirits/ghosts, but it maybe possible Mam is seeing someone and talking to them ? They may also be disturbing her at night.

I am sure she see's who she is talking to and I have no reason to think it is not spirits/ghosts - I do hope it is, in a way. Mind you, when she was talking about 'someone who was there' today, she said she had told him to go away, and 'if he came back she would spit in his eye' This from my meak-mannered Mam ;) Mam was talking even more this evening, more 'normal' at times, like when she asked me if Alan was working today, and is that a new sweater I had on and had I washed it yet :D Though at other times it was more ramblings

    An eventful day trhen 3dogs.

Hey Aesop  Was just reading that very quote in todays d mail.

Broadband connection today , or at the moment anyway.
Been on phone today to BT twice.
    Second time for 52 mins.Pah.

    Happy Saturday all.

Glad you seem to have your broadband connection sorted Beanie - hope it stays that way :D

I met my brother from the station and took him home, then spent an hour chatting about his trip - he seemed refreshed after it and had enjoyed himself. Now I am back at my neice's, had my dinner adn watching the match on telly, while watering the garden - well the sprinkler is on, I just have to move it every so often. I just have to work out how to do the last bit without getting soaked ;);)

Oh, and by the way, I did get some of my painkillers from my sister - I had given her some a few months ago for 'emergency use' and she still had some left, so she gave me two strips of them, and Mr 3Dogs is posting some down to me on Tuesday - so, problem solved and extra taken already today :j

Plus, feeling better today since I removed all those air fresheners - no tight/wheezy chest - result .................... so the cat is safe .............. for now ;)

Footie not going well - Barca [STRIKE]are beating[/STRIKE] have just beaten Man U 3 - 1 in European Cup Final :(

if you have a spare douvet try putting it on the bed on the mattress so you sleep on that as it can make the bed more comfy especially if mattress is too firm a trick J told me about when i had a similar prob, i hope it helps and i hope you sleep better tonight alternatively sleeping tabs, whisky, warm drink etc etc

had a lovely evening out with SW, Steve and Andy and hope we can spend some time with them tomorrow if they are not too exhausted

Good evening all we are now at Chateau Kit's B&B after having a perfect meal out in great company. Our meal was superb and we havent laughed so much in years. My steak was perfect. Kit lived up to her reputation and chatted to two Danish sailors in UNIFORM using the excuse that she wanted to know where they were from!

Susan, you will have to stop dressing up in that Bunny suit so your Mam talks to you, although I bet Mr3dogs wouldnt complain.

    Hope everyone is doing ok
Eating sensibly to try and lose some weight
