yes its falling off the motor pulley at the bottom first, there are grooves on it but they dont hold the belt in place.
could it be the motor pulley had some sort of cap on it thats broken off somehow ? It just looks like a metal grooved pole sticking out.
Could it be possible this pole/pulley is somehow faulty ? it seemes to bend up slightly at an angle (maybe the pressure of the belt ?)Kindness costs nothing0 -
If you grab hold of the motor pulley and give it a good tug side to side and up and down does it move at all?I love my spell checker, it stops me making all sorts of stupid smelling mistakes. :doh:0

Hi mr Meanie, no it didnt seem to move at all, we undone the motor pulley to try to make the the distance between the 2 pulleys tighter and now the belt is sitting on nicely........then when we started up the machine , it still wont turn at all. It fills with water and emptys the water but it just wont spin.
Checked the wash selction dial and it turns ok for each program, starting to worry that the motor amy be faulty?
Just seems strange that the belt was completely off and now its back on it still wont work . grrrrrr, very frustrating.Kindness costs nothing0 -
