Got mine today too, Nice Christmas present for someone, but I'm glad I didn't buy the items at the Amazon price, it's seems like lots of little sample sized products to encourage you to buy the bigger versions...I did my subscription on May 11th, maybe this is a dispatch time pattern?

Did anyone ever get their cashback for this? I've gone and checked and it's not gone through and it's after 100 days. Also, how do I cancel?

I had a cashback track and then go to £0 and I think it was this one so I started a claim a few weeks ago.
As for cancelling, do you have online banking? If so then you log in online and then you can manage your direct debit from there, and you just cancel it. If you have Natwest I can talk you through it if you need me to.
All you need to do is cancel the direct debit, and they can't take any more money. This is the normal way of cancelling and you won't get into trouble, it is so easy.
I hope you enjoyed your Burts Bees goodies.

In regards to the cashback- that's what happened to me! I'm so annoyed because i've missed out because it's more than 100 days after. In regards to cancelling, that's good stuff, I thought i'd get into trouble for just cancelling the direct debit :):) Thank you!

Oh my word! I've just remembered something! You had to wait 3 months before they'd acknowledge your transaction- i presume to stop people subscribing and cancelling straight away. 3 months is 93 days.... if this has happened to a few of us then surely this is the company not playing by the rules?

My cashback also initially tracked then went to £0, which is a bit disappointing, but the magazine does come with the freebies - I had 2 eye pencils with my first issue - and I thought the Burts Bee set was lovely, went straight into my Christmas box. So all in all, not too bad.

Got my Burts Bees set. Loved the boxed set - would make a really nice gift, very well packaged and looks expensive. I just had to try it out though - and the mini lip salve is lovely, it has a slight shimmer and feels great. The shower gel/wash is horrid though, bitterly disappointed as usually Burts Bees stuff is good. It is thin and watery and smells slightly musty - if you are getting this to give to others I would stick to giving just the box set. However as a free gift this is good and InStyle is not bad magazine.

Mine tracked at £0.00 too however, I asked TCB to open the claim as it was over 100 days. Let's see.. I've just cancelled my DD tho so they may decline. Well, was good for free Burts Kit, magazines and 2 free eyelines tho for £6 !

did anyone else only receive two magazines tho? is it not every month?

Oh and edit I recieved my Burts Bees back in early June! (transaction was for May)

    Hi,

I'm STILL waiting on the october edition. *sigh*. I emailed TCB and they have opened it up for me and allowed me to put in a query so all good news- if anyone else has been stung by this make sure you send them a complaint and hopefully we'll get this sorted!
