New buymobilephones order cashback query
Hi,
I've bought 2 mobile pay-monthly contracts from buymobilephones.net in the last 13 months via Quidco who were offering £25 cashback.
First one was paid, although I had to chase it up as it did not track.
The second one is still pending as it did not track and by the time I chased it up, cashback middle-men DGM went into admin and the cashback has been pending ever since.
Now Quidco is offering £30 cashback on buymobilephones.net and topcashback is offering £30.30. However, there is following small print:
"You must be a new customer to Buy Mobile Phones to be eligible for cashback."
Does that mean my cashback would be declined regardless of going through Quidco or topcashback?
Has anyone else experienced any issues with this?
Thanks..

If you start a new contract you'll be fine, if you try to upgrade the odds are it will be declined.0

Are you sure of that? What's your source? I have not ordered any more contracts from this dealer because in plain English a "new" customer is one who isn't an existing one - whether it's the same contract or not!0
