Hi,
Just checking whether anyone else has noticed this:
on the "understanding your bill" dropdown part of the bill menu, the message:
"This bill is affected by changes to your account
Offer(s) ending
23/09/10 - 09/05/11: Your £5 off Broadband each month if taken with Talk"
appears on my April bill (Statement date: 05/04/11, Payment due date: 19/04/11) and May bill (Statement date: 05/05/11, Payment due date: 19/05/11).
However, my May bill also states: "£5 off Broadband each month if taken with Talk 19/05/11 - 18/06/11 £5.00 CR"
so it looks like the offer is still being applied, even though it has supposedly ended. What's going on?

Had to call them about cancelling HD package and mentioned this. As far as they were concerned this was an error and the offer is indefinite (runs to 2096 on my account apparently!).I came, I saw, I saved.
