You'll have to mount the CD drive as well under DOS box.0

Basically from the dosbox command line, type:
MOUNT D
\ -t cdrom
mount is the command
D is the virtual drive under dosbox
\ is the physical drive (or E:\ etc)
-t cdrom is the switch so that dosbox knows to mount it as a CDrom (instead of a standard folder)
Can stick it in the autoconfig so you'll always have a CD rom in dosbox.0 -
