Oh that's a DOS game not a Windows games, so you'll need DOSbox:

You can't do it direct in xp, but you can use dosbox to run it.

I used this for Lemmings on XP, but have since removed it, so I can't give explicit instructions. I recall that it's fairly easy to set-up.

Presuming that this is the one then you could try Dosbox. According to their site the game doesn't work with it, but the last version tested was 0.58 and it's now at 0.74. Someone using 0.63 says it does work.

Yeah, Windows 98 used to have legacy support for DOS, the equivalent of 'compatibility mode for DOS'. That support ended in XP, which disappointed a lot of people like me who still played old games.

You'll probably have to install it while under dosbox too just so you know.

DOS was the underlying OS, Win 95, 98, and ME were simply 32 bit front ends (although Microsoft saw fit to hide DOS from ME users).

Every OS after that from MS is based on the NT kernel which is a true 32/64 bit OS.
