Highly frustrating!!!
I've entered all three of our visa requirements and at each point I've gone to pay the ridiculous fee it crashes!
Going to give the website a couple of days as I know you have 7 days in which to pay but this is stupid.
Anyone else having similar problems?
I'm running Goggle Chrome - do you think that could be the problem?

Are you using https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/?
Have you been given a reference number?
Have you tried another browser?
Have you checked your CC statement?0 -
Have you been given a reference number? Thankfully yes for each and I am going to check back tomorrow to see whether it took anything
Have you tried another browser? Not yet - waiting for the other house laptop to get back from work
Have you checked your CC statement? Transactions seem to take 24hrs to appear online.
It was from the offical website - I was emailed the link from our travel agent as part of the booking. And it was for $14 - I only went a couple of years ago and was so surprised that now you had to pay to promote their tourism when I'm the tourist!! I wouldn't mind it being $4-$8 per person - or just a bit easier that you could do all the visas and once and only pay once instead of my CC company probably putting an alert on the transaction when it eventually happens!!Cabot (0%) left to pay £2455 let the overpayments commence!

Bear in mind it lasts for up to 2 years. If you make a couple of trips then it does only work out at $7 a visit.
But I still concur with your view that it's a bit rich to ask tourists to pay any charge at all. :undecidedOptimists see a glass half full
Pessimists see a glass half empty
Engineers just see a glass twice the size it needed to be
