Hi, thankfully most of the things are quick 5 minute things - used pass to get to work, read free papers etc (my commute is 40 mins one way, and 20 mins home, so there is plenty of opportunity to read freebies)....the weight loss is
meh  at the moment - unfortunately, I have been bleeding really heavily for the past week

, so not really concentrating on ww but need to keep on with it....the annoying thing was that I was really motivated and wanted to go to the gym at the past weekend, but it didn't happen ....will not give up with this though!

Hey - what a fantastic idea for a thread!
This week, I've only spent £4.29! I've done that by:
-Walking to and from work every day (2.2 miles each way; who needs the gym!?)
-Bringing lunch to work and eating fruit out of the communal fruit-box we get delivered.
-Eating dinner at home from what I have in cupboards/fridge instead of buying ingredients for what I fancy.
-Leaving card at home and only carrying a bit of cash so I won't be tempted to spend!
Hopefully I won't spend any more money for the rest of the week - working week at least - by doing the same tomorrow and Friday
Tonight, I'm going to:
-Make myself a budget for next month (at the beginning of which I get my first paycheck in almost a yeah wahoo!)
-Talk to Payplan about setting up a DMP with them as managing my own is starting to get stressful.
-Sell some goods on eBay (if any of you are in the market for some cheap Raybana or a Jimmy Choo bag let me know! I want rid of them as quickly as possible!!!)0 -
