Hi all,

Please check your bills
Virgin Media change all broadband customer with size M(10MB) to size L(10MB)
Speedwise it doesnt make the differance
Money wise it gone up from £20.75 to £26 which is £5.25

Is anyone else got the same experience than please share here,
Customer services has no answer, they cant help and its in progress with complains department

They sent you a letter a couple of months ago explaining prices were increasing if you didn#t pay by DD and got paper bills

Have you called them to change anything? M and L are both the 10Mb service, but you wont have automatically been moved from one to the other unless you made any changes to your services. The M doesn't exist anymore so any new deals that you can be moved on to have to include the L. The L does show as being more expensive on your bill (£26), but when this is changed the discount code will also normally increase to offset the extra cost.
