International Currency Exchange (ICE) & extra charge!!

I recently ordered £500 in Euros from ICE and received an email advising that I would be charged £502.26 yet when my bank account was debited they had added a £4.50 charge making a total of £506.76. Can they do this? I understood that there were no charges if you ordered over £500 worth of currency. On logging into my account the charge is shown as £502.26!!! Any advice on what to do?
