  • Click on mortgages at the top and follow the links, you will find the calculator.

Im on 4 out of 4 NSD's this month. Aim is to get as many as possible between now and the year end, try to break out bad habits for a fresh start next year. Looks like income could be as much as £80k in 2013 if i play my cards right. Take home of over £53k....will clear my £28k business loans and then some...so roll on 2013 :money:

I've been busy, decorating and prepping my house for sale.

House now on the market, so fingers crossed for me please.:D

Once I have released some capital I can really get started .....

In the meantime, just 5 weeks till my pension kicks in, so I have now started looking for a little job. I will no longer be in receipt of benefits so am free to do some paid work now.

I have made enquiries about a stall at a local antique fair and now have my name on the waiting list.

I've bought some bits and pieces to refurbish and upcycle to add to my stock so I feel like I am finally making some progress at last.

Thats great news both of you LL & YBM :-) still plodding on here but heading in the right direction. Very slow at the moment as im waiting on money coming in as and when we do jobs.

Im not losing faith though. Im seeing it as a time to get everything in order & make sure any niggles are ironed out.

  • I definitely want to join in with this challenge!!

I'm 25 now (though I do constantly tell people I'm 19) and would love to have a million by 40

Some things I would advise is reading or watching 'The Secret' and also if you see a penny on the floor, pick it up, pennys become pounds!!

I work in promotions for nightclubs, and in six months I found over £400 on the floor and bought an iPad!! But I literally pick up anything, it does add up!!

Hi TTBPHW - Welcome aboard. £400 off the floor.:T:T

I picked up a £1 coin today. :rotfl:

Tink - you're right - we all need to keep the faith.

Tuesday I had a meltdown - won't bore you with details. Wednesday felt fragile, Thursday thought sod it and had a nice long lunch with a friend. Today back on form, ready to fight back and raring to go....

    Just keep going.

I recently watched "The Best Marigold Hotel". There's a great line.

"Everything will be all right in the end. If it's not all right then it's not the end".

I'm going to borrow that one.

  • Iv just started a new thread on this board, maximising my business. Starting on Tuesday the 9th and finishing the 9th October 2013, going to track my progress. Going for £200 gross income every day for 365 days which gives £73,000 gross wages for that 12 months.

Flat out, will set me right up for this challenge!

  • Can I join?

Age 37 - planning to be millionnaire by 50.

Reckon I can save 20,000 pounds a year for the time being, so need to find ways of upping that and investing what I do have - about 64,000.

    Good luck all.
