Ordered at weekend. Got order number but no mention of free gift?

Phoned tonight after having tried at the weekend (their system updates overnight apparently).

They had record of my order which had already been despatched but no record of the free gift with the order

I quoted the order numebr I had and the offer code on original post MJKP to them over the phone and was told that they would just add that to the order and get it in the poost to me as it hadn't been processed for some reason.

So ... may be worth giving them a call 0800 731 9731.

Bit funny a bloke buying one pair of denim briefs but hey ho some things you've gotta do if you want to be an MSE.

I signed up and bought a £39.99 stereo, but i never had to enter my card details, but i got the product today. Im confused, did that free gift code work with the stereo?

You will have an account with them so you should get an invoice soon. I did the same and got my delivery this morning but no sign of the free stereo

I need to phone them but if they ask where I got the code from I won't have an answer for them...can't say I got it off the internet can I?

Um..no..I ordered the £2 denim knicks as suggested by the OP which arrived yesterday. No mention of the free gift on the delivery note! Only charged me £1.60 though so the 20% off code must have worked
