I havent recieved my stereo either but I have recieved my order three times now!

I ordered some cheep pillow cases for the stereo...not sign of the stereo but hundreds of pillow cases!

I tried for this but didnt get the stereo or any free gift was told that unless i could produce the letter offering me a free gift then it wouldnt be honoured

I got the Alba stereo today too, my statement says £0.00 as well. The drawer to the cd player won't open though, do you think I should phone and ask for a replacement?

Hi Ravengirl, give them a ring, i'm sure they'll change it for you if they have already honoured your order and sent you the CD player, they can't supply you with faulty goods whether it was free or not and i think you should be entitled to a replacement. What have you got to loose anyway!

As for the statement, you will probably get another one when you receive the item you ordered from the catalogue, or have you already received it? Saying that, my statments seem to be sent out seperately once a month, £2 for every pair of nickers I buy each time! Soon every female member of my family will have a pair of these at some point!

Well I phoned and in 2 days a replacement stereo was delivered and the faulty one taken away, very good customer service!!

hi, i got the alba stereo also and found some of the people on the phoneline to be great and others to be shockingly bad, but all in all, i have actually been quite impressed with freemans!

Told me my code was not valid as outwith promotional period.

Called today "well what offer was on when I joined in March then?"

Small portable black and white TV ... Will that do?"

"Fine" says I .... not sure of quality but should be here in 3-4 working days.
