Bush Stereo-CD, Radio Cassette for £2 delivered @Freemans

Right - this is all very strange. I put in my first order just after Charlotte posted (thanks:) ). I included the stereo, 20% and suede bag codes (again thanks to Charlotte). I got my order of a heated eyelash curler for prezzie for my pal. I got the 20% off and a guarantee slip for the suede bag but no stereo. So I phoned and was told that they had run out and they had stopped that promotion at Xmas and there was no way that anyone else could be getting one as it was over. I told her that my friend had just got one but they wouldn't budge. A concession was that they'd send me the bag as it should have been in my order as I got the guarantee note.

anyway I've not received it yet but assumed it was sorted until today I got a call offereing me insurance on my purchases rubbish (doubt I'll buy much from them given the price) and that I should receive my order soon

So now I'm very confused and don't know what I'll get - just disappointed I won't get the stereo for my work, but who knows what will turn up!

Has anyone else been told anything similar or have I just been unlucky?

I had someone call me yesterday from freemans telling me my parcel would be delivered with in two days. (I'd already recieved it 3 days before). so I asked about my free bush cd player. she asured me it would follow. but we shall see.

I got my mini stereo about a week after placing the order; along with the welcome pack ....


The actual order came about a week after the stereos arrival but it wasnt what I thought I had ordered so back it went and I kept the bush stereo

I ordered this ages ago - never received the £2 knickers or the stereo.

Freemans havent even had the decency to write and tell me why.
