I have an ISA with the Coventry BS which matures at the end of the month, so I am looking around to see if I can find a new home for it.
I started on the Coventry BS site, where I find this reference to one of their current ISAs:
"Enjoy a rate of 1.00% tax-free p.a./AER* (variable)" !!! ENJOY !!
Their motto is "TLC not PLC" - I think they are TTP !

Most of the banks/building societies have wording like that on their standard offerings eg Principality "f you want true flexibility and a competitive rate" - 0.6% on their instant cash ISA!0
