Hi,
Has anyone got an email contact address for t-mobile. My wife applied for a sim only contract which was declined - we have sent a letter to the credit control to appeal. Its nearly 2 weeks now but no reply.
The last time I emailed them I used CustomerServices@t-mobile.co.uk, however that was in response to an email they sent me and the subject line of my reply contained a reference number they supplied.
Not sure if emailing them will get you very far with your appeal, though. The responses I got from them appeared to be from extremely polite individuals in Asia, but they may be able to pass your email on to someone in the UK who can deal with it.
I'd be surprised if your appeal got very far, though. In my experience mobile phone contracts, and especially SIM only ones, tend to be pretty easy to get. Maybe there's something very nasty on your wife's credit report?0 -

Indeed - Maybe its worth a look at her credit report as T-Mobile generally accept bad credit customers and SIM only contracts are often reported as being very easy to obtain.:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

Thanks for the reply.
I have access to her Experian & Equifax credit reports and their is no problem with it. She also recently been accepted for an M&S Card - Barclaycard has also increased her credit limit recently.
I personally dont see a reason for refusal.
