Cheapest for texts and the occasional call?

Problem : Have T Mobile contract @£9 per month +VAT 30mins free calls except to other mobile providers. I do mainly texts (between 150 - 200 per month). Never use up free call allowance only do 5 or 6 calls on average. Costing me c. £25 per month. What 's my best option? Will need new phone nothing flashy cos existing phone Nokia 3310 has security code which I've forgotten!

Why not get one of the O2 top-ups with 300 free texts a month (as long as you put on £10 per month)?

I use the O2 online 300 texts pay as you go card... to be honest i find it difficult to spend the tenner a month!! I usually end up texting competitions and stuff to use up remaining credit. definitely a good tariff.

You can get a programme free off the net that will reset the security number for you on that 3310.There's so many different options for deals the best is possibly o2 online which gives you a new phone,500 texts a month and 50 x network for £19.00
