  • I got a Citroen C5 and it is called peppa, as my boy like Peppa pig and its peppermint green.
Its in good nick considering it cost us £800.

If I am brutally honest at the moment I am struggling. With the daughter being off school and the added fun of limited mobility with her,and the normal madness of an under 2, Christmas coming up, a feeling of having lack of money, a feeling of complete disorganisation at home and an ever spiralling depression I am not having the best of times. I descent periodically into madness, and sometimes into a manic type of madness, and I hit the bottle and have a hot bath and sleep but still feel tired, and all manner of worrying sh*t.

I tend to have this every year to a degree and it coincides with the short days, and the run up to christmas. Its just exacerbated by the whole child leg lack of mobility thing.

I dont want to whinge, but shes already taller than me (shes 5 foot 5 and a half, Im 5 foot five and on the way to shrinking) she weighs more than me, (I am 8 and a half stone, shes a good 9 stone if not a bit more) and my back is killing with the lifting. Shes got a full leg old style plaster on, none of the fibreglass modern stuff. This has been vadalised by the family populus. Its quite the modern artwork. Tracy Emin eat your heart out.

Anyway, I am going to ebay like a crazy biatch. Again. I am going to move my old freezer and get the new freezer from the other house.I am going to change the Summer duvet t the winter duvet. My husband likes the thinner duvet, but its all just silly. I wake up cold and its not helping my mood. He can poke a leg out if he is warm, but I cant wear more than my flannellette pyjamas, socks, and dressing gown. I will be fine.

Got a refund off n power, waiting of 260 pounds to credit my account.

Rang the CSA today, I feel sorry for them they are always fantastic but they only have limited powers. Yes, I am owed 95 pounds from a short payment. They will investigate, but thats it til it actually comes in. I just had to check the amounts were stil the same, my ex husband had found one child from an ilicit affair when we were married, (thankfully still in South Africa where we were at the time) and had another son shortly after we split for good with a mentally unstable and dangerous woman. Who knows there could have been more, and this may have affected my payment. That was 95 pounds short but waiting of about 190 to hit account from that.

Paypal, Ive a tenner winging its way. I dont let it mount up do I?

Tax credits are due this week, then its payday Friday. I will be perfectly fine.

I am going out for my staff meal, on Thursday. I wont be having a drink as I need to collect the kids afterwards and be in at work on Friday. The meal takes place at lunchtime, so its likely I will just return to work.

Its anticlimatic. Especially as I bought a plain black Gok frock (and i RARELY spoil myself) from Sainsburys (had a tenner off, got it for 30 pounds) and I have overheard someone in the office saying they are wearing that very same dress so I may end up not going at all to the meal!!! Lord what could I wear, my faded bench jeans and a top which shows more Bap than gregs? thats what I wear when Im out with hubby, but only cos we go to the type of pubs frequented by bikers. Unless we go for a meal, when its frockworthy.

No one else has asked me to go for an evening out this year. As for the husband... He has asked me to go out at some point after Christmas, but I wanted a special night before Christmas!

I shall order more wine instead.

I am happy at home, I just see everyone talking about their special nights and I wants a one.
As for baileys, I love it on ice cream.
As a drink its nice with Creme de menthe.

Sorry for the horrible mood. I am not enjoying it!

Ill be back re energised, after the weekend I am sure, if not before. xx

  • Oh dear you are in the doldrums. I'm not going to hit you with any motivational p*sh as I am sure you will find your own way. That's what I do anyway. I get to a low place and then kick my own !!!!! and I get right back up again. I can do it 20 times a week :o. Life is so hard sometimes but I am pushing myself to get rid of my debt as I see that as one of the main things that upset the equilibrium in my life go get back up and ride that horse :D. oops some motivational p*sh slipped in at the end there. Apologies  xx

  • You are right, Ive kicked my !!!!. Its in a never before seen place. And rather sore.

Fridge is moved, kitchen cleaned, groceries are shopped, ironing bang up to date, house in a state of semi organisation... house keys found (this was another thing which was causing me issue)

Gran in hospital visited, parents visited, husband been on night out, a few bottles of wine drunk and a pan of coq au vin ready for tonight.

Three batches of scones, chocolate brownies and a pie made for the week. All Xmas cards done and posted, the list of things to get complete.

    feel a bit better.
