Hiya hun, just popped in to say I am back and hopeing you are enjoying your half term. My bratz went back to school yesterday. As you can guess I am back to work today after a weeks hols then two days compassionate leave for aunty's funeral which was emotional but she got a good send off. I have never seen a coffin like it ... it was a giant wicker basket! But it was very aunty and although we all had a good cry, we had some cracking laughs and I have good memories of her.
Anyhoo, best get back to work ... amazing that this place is still here after me having 7 days off!!! Normally it would fall apart without me!
Will update my diary thingy later on xxxxLBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:

Hi everyone and hi paula, missed your post the other day it may have been the wine.
Having a lovely half term. Made some meals which are going to be legendary.
also berry crumble from foraged berries, tastes even sweeter when it costs about 40p for ingredients and cooking costs.
debt busting wise, I am happy with my lot of overpaying the loan at the moment. Still waiting of the vodafone rep, once the money is recredited I will get rid of that little monkey!
Unfortunately, the other night I was under the influence, and tesco delivered the result tonight. 30 bottles of red. I was down to the last 2, and couldnt cope with it.
Merde.Trying to shift that debt!0 -

Well...what can I say!! I started reading your thread 3 days ago and Ive read every post and all 32 pages!!! :rotfl:
What an absolute inspiration you are!! Well done on clearing all the debt you have done so far in the small time frame that you have done!
As I was always reminded....the debt didn't build up over night and it certainly wont clear over night....very wise words!
I can't believe the amount of washing and ironing you do!!!!! :rotfl: Nearly every post mentioned more washing and more ironing! lol
But since reading your thread it has made me realise i can do more with my day!!! I work an average 12 hour day and normally im too tired to do anything when i get home but have a shower, something to eat, and then bed. This week since starting reading this...my place is spick and span as I've been going home and doing more before going to bed!! At least when I do get a day off ....Ill actually have more time to myself! lol
I have now subscribed and will continue to read your diary....you had me hooked!!! :rotfl:
Keep up the good work!!:jEngaged 25/12/11 :j

Hi bonsi must find your diary tonight - and caz hello and thanks. I am just walking through treacle at the moment. In life, and financially.
Need to update my totals and whatnot later on and then decide on my November target!
And Winnie, little Finn give you 5 minutes? Its like being on your grannies yacht!
I am back to work and by the time I read all the emails I had been sent I wished I had caught the flu or something. Lord. Dull as dishwater.
I had a much more enjoyable week last week. Making dinners, going walking grocery shopping (but had three NSDs) and generally spending time with the Sprogs. And the husband of course. Drank some wine. That is a career I could excel at.
Baking wise did a cake and a pie. Have currently got 53 items listed on ebay and plan for a good load more. Will be haranguing my daughter and sorting out some cupboards etc to get more stuff to get rid of. This month is as tight as the bottom of a duck with anal retention.
What do we do when we see a challenge? We rise to it. Armed with 30 bottles of wine, a wry smile and a bag of gala apples from tesco, I am ready for it.
I begina payday countdown, 23 days to go. I will do my upmost to meet all my bills and stuff.
Bring it on. BY the time its the first of december I will have paid for my disney holiday and have a bit cash for some Xmas shopping. Until then darlings, its nose to the grindstone, back to the wall and head in a bucket.Trying to shift that debt!0
