I am not feeling very well. I spent last night lurching from task to task without any enthusiasm.
We made logs, checked ebay, did not plan the week (think I will do that this afternoon) did some surveys, didnt manage any comping and I went to bed fairly early after a bath.

Had a slight contretemps with DD2 regarding a hammock full of bears. You know the type of conflict, where you go round in circles and its stupid! To re enforce my ethic of "taking no cr4p" I had to take her mobile phone from her for 24 hours. So she is at school with no mobile and I feel guilty, but it should help underline my seriousness with dealing with her destructive mood swings and hopefully change her behaviours.


Will crack on with some work now and pick the odd thing up today but it wont be a massive amount as I am feeling a little under the weather!

How old is your DD2 ? If its any consolation I had words last night with DD1, she will have her computer confiscated today for telling great big hum dingers and really think I wouldnt find out. She said last night " that I shouldnt be a mum, I should have been a spy instead !! ":rotfl:.
I have taken the phone away before and like you felt awful. But if she really needs you she could use a friends or as in the olden days, the school could call you. Its not being able to get in touch with them that I hate though.

Yes the netbook normally gets it in our house but that would have had a limited effect, as shes out this evening seeing her Grandma and wont be in til late. I know the phone is her favourite so I have bitten the bullet.

I am just generally not right. However I am going to try and give my head a shake.

Will do some more moneysaving and making things later on. Maybe some comping this afternoon when I finish my work.

Ha HA my DD2 is coming up for 12 and she to is very stubborn and strongwilled. We have had no major dramas YET, but I am waiting !!!

DD1 loves her computer more than her phone and as that was the cause of the argument, its the computer thats getting it. Trouble is I cant lift it to get it out of the room, so I need to wait for Mr PG. I have unplugged it instead but doesnt have the same effect really !

Exactly. I am short on Northumbrian water. I have robbed peter to pay paul and things have not come through in time despite being promised. So, after paying 72p from my amex today I have the stark realisation that I may have to beg even more time from them.

Anyway last night was a bit of a dead loss, I did my ironing but not much else.

I was too exhausted. Paid 110 quid off northumbrian water last night so its a start.


Can I sort this out? I wonder. In various cashback websites I have credit of 110 pounds! I would be in spitting distance if I could magic that through!

The northumbrian water issue has turned into the rent and solicitors issue !

I now have to find by 5th February - 150 by February 10th a further 240 and by February 11th another 670.

Its impossible. I have 43 pounds due in my account in that time. Ive 2.00 spare in my account.

I am just going to cry!

Paid 50p off amex. May as well do a payment a day for that!

everything else I will have to try and negotiate a little bit on.
