SBO I have thought that many times that if I won the lottery I would help folks on here. I was secretly hoping that when Martin had got all his millions he would come and say 'MIT you have been such a good girl that I will make you debt free' and I would smile and smile :rotfl:. I mean I did offer at one point to have his babies - but he got married . I then got asked by his team to go on his telly programme ( the very first ones) but I was too worried that everyone would find out how bad my debt was so I said no.

You are doing amazingly well just now. I think I will start paying my odd pennies off of my debt. I have 2 accounts so could probs manage a payment most days. In fact I am going to do it.

Was reading about your ex. What a d*ck. He would get on wellwith my ex. He saw his kids on Christmas eve and then sent a text at New year and nothing since. DS texted him saying he hadn't heard from him for a while and his excuse was that his car was on its last legs. Now that may stop him picking DS up but it doesnt stop him phoning. He is a d*ck as well. Hark at my language :eek:. I turn into the proverbial fishwife when it comes to me ex

Haha MIT at the ex. Well mine is an idiot. He thinks hes gods gift. He has been up to no good this weekend but am waiting for DD2 to get back and then I will have the full story. I am doing ok but could o better!

I know I am getting on with my surveys tonight and then going to try and sleep tonight. Have not been very well today have some kind of virus I am getting over. Achey painey!

Morning all!

Last night I had a fairly productive night from the sofa. I listed ebay items and I finished off all the surveys which were in my mailbox, I also entered a few comps and sent off for a couple of freebies.

Following my general tidy up when I get in tonight I will iron a little and then do more of the same.

I have only sold five things on ebay so far in January, which is fine as I have not really put much effort in as yet. However three of these have been to non payers. Its really annoying.

They dont even contact you! Anyway I am still chancing my arm at it. I am going to also get some more stuff to photograph up from the other house so its ready for the next free listing weekend.

I am still a little under the weather. I am sure I will be fine though, just need to keep taking the tablets. Haha!

I also need to make some more paper logs. These have been great and its really helped us through while the weather has been so horrible.

Money in today, child benefit. Also have paid 75p from my Amex.

Well the news from the mark last night is that the daughter has been confused yet again.

My ex husband has been "seeing" although he states not in a romantic sense, his ex girlfriend. This is the second week in a row, and is the first time my daughter has seen her since the break up.

They went out for Sunday lunch and then back to her house, which is about 40 miles north of here.

Things were strained and my daughter was left feeling confused. Her dad was repairing things for this woman, and she also gave him a list of work which needs completing at her new house. With no romantic ties this to me sounds like she has either downsized to pay off his debts which is all people are ever left with from him OR they have a romantic involvement. However I am not enamoured of her, shes really not been a good friend to my daughter yesterday and she was annoyed at my daughter for saying she had to go home.

Yet again more confusion and while I dont really give a stuff what that man is up to when it concerns my daughter I am really fed up that once again shes being dragged into a mess.

Anyway, I will get on with my day. Probably be back later to report on any activity!

In February I will be paying my water rates off and I will be paying off P2P.

Really feeling positive and strong about it at the moment.

What I need is some overtime and some good ebay sales to give me another little push. But I am prepared to work for this and I will make it happen. I will pay things and fill budgets and make things work for us. I WILL!! February , come on!

Thinking about channelling the money I will be paying less for - mortgage instead of rent, and because I am not covered by my landlord I need to make some provision in the first instance for things which could go wrong.

So the difference I will put away half of it (100 a month) and the other half I will also pay off vanquis, which is my next thing after P2P and its going to be absolutely hammered!!

I have been reading your thread for some time and I am amazed at the amount you achieve on a day to day basis, I wish I had your energy. I noticed that you seem to get a lot of things listed on Ebay in one day and I was wondering if there is some way you do this, perhaps there is some program you use or something?

Hi there no not at all. I list all my unsold items and just plod through the others but I am fast typist and I have pre prepared my listings. I sometimes have the blurb typed up and its a mere copy and paste. I upload the photo which clearly labelled in a folder and bobs your uncle.
