What Ofcom enforcement do you propose?

I don't propose any form of enforcement. My familiarity with OFTEL or OFCOM and the telephone networks and their infrastructure is limited at best.

I merely made an observation based on past experience of watching OFCOM take action against the mobile operators in relation to their charges.

Of course no call is free, but if the landline operators allow the connected calls to be free, then in my opinion, I would have thought that the mobile operators could follow suit.

Especially as it is believed that in a few years time the mobile phone will replace the home telephone, well if you believe what is written in some journals.

It's not a crazy thing is it, for me to think that as long as free phone numbers exist that it would be a nice idea if we could, as the consumer, call free off our mobiles?
