Please could someone advise me to what to do: I won something on ebay and paid straight away last night. Got a message from the seller this morning saying they've been to the post office and the item is going to cost £2 more to post than the price they quoted on the listing and can I pay £2 into their paypal account. As a buyer your obligation is to pay, if you don't and have 2 npb strikes in a 12 month period then you virtually ban yourself from buying anything else on ebay.
Far more effective than neg FB.
