Each case is different so lets not forget that....and NO OR's are the same i've seen cars etc taken worth a couple of grand to a couple of hundred quid

what you have to do at the end of the day is state a case as to WHY you need to keep transport rather than want to keep..

I know this sounds harsh and I know how much you love/need your bike but if you are desperate to go br surely the answer is to sell it and use the money to pay for the bankruptcy.
If all your income is benefits you wont have an IPA, so you could save hard for a few months and get another.

Not what you want to hear, but a thought.
