Logical offering Three contract deals

We've been with Three for years, and are happy in general with the service and bills. Everytime we're out of contract i phone them up and re-negotiate, which results in a new phone which i then sell straight away on eBay.
Recently my Hubby has been getting calls from a company called Logical offering him new Three deals.
I spoke to them yesterday to see what they had to say, and they did seem to be able to reduce my monthly payments by about £5 each.
But having never heard of them, i wouldn't sign up to the 24 month contract before checking them out.
I've searched this forum and cannot find a traceof them which makes me more curious about them.
I'll speak to Three soon, but wonder if anyone has anyone has any input to offer.
