Bad idea - you're just offering an open invite for scammers.

Well I am doing that, but do I need to stay close to my friends and family due to health reasons.0 -
hmm yeah you could try a little further afield - fishersgate,shoreham,lancing....peacehaven, newhaven. still gots buses into brighton... sucks though. not sure what else to suggest.

also as a last resort...
if it is just you and your partner (any kids?)
then maybe look to rent a room in a house in the short term whislt you continue to look for a flat of your own.
not the best solution but it could be better than moving out of town.
there are lots of rooms on gumtree under the 'for share' section, and often advertised as available for couples.
i guess your problem would be selling yoursleves - having to be 'creative' about what you do with your time (employment wise).
also it can be worth contacting the local faith groups. city mission on london road. off the fence on portland road. they may be able to help/advise further.0 -
