I have 2 doubts here.....we can scan the items what ever we buy whole week (mon--sunday) and then we have to transmit end of the week sunday? or one by one shop trips have to scan items and then to transmit and scanning and transmit like?

And also everyone erasing the bank details when submitting the receipts?

Hi,

I transmit after each shop..just ensures that you definitley transmit something and get your points! Im not sure if you can scan each shop and then just transmit once....though I dont see why you couldnt.

When sending images of your receipt, you are allowed to blank out your card details (not that its much use to them as they only see the last 4 digits) and then send them the rest of the image of the receipt.

I just received my scanner this week. There is a whole pack of stuff and i'm a bit confused as to what to do with it. I think i need to have a proper read through. Also what do I do if the software did not download to my pc how can i try to download it again.

read through your pack first. If you did not get a CD, then you need to call them and tell them you cannot download the software. remember you need to use Internet Explorer v8 or above for shop and scan.
