I used to have that problem.

Try plugging your scanner in to the USB port whilst the PC is turned off, then when you turn it on, open Internet Explorer. Go to shopandscan webpage and click transmit,

If this doesnt work Im not sure how you could resolve it, but as I say. It worked for me!

I've got the same problem, have tried everything including three different versions of Internet Explorer and still end up with it crashing when i click submit :(

The only thing that keeps popping in my mine is that it may be the Operating system. Is anyone using Windows 7 Professional and is able to transmit their barcodes?

You don't have time to read the thread, but you expect other people to spend THEIR time telling you everything that is already there? Get real!!!!

the polite answer... there are approximately 500 posts, which means it is not a bad thing. They are not posts about negative things, they are posts about people applying, scanning and if anyone has had issues scanning.

If you are prepared to scan your shopping everytime you have been shopping it is worth it. 1100 points for 1 weeks shopping, 500 points for till receipts. It doesn't take long to earn 10000 points for a reward.

One thing I will say, DO NOT BOTHER KEEPING A NUMBER OF BARCODES AND SCANNING THE SAME ONES EVERY WEEK. They will soon work out this is what you are doing and bar you. I don't do this, I scan most of my shopping each week, but someone else told me this is what they were doing and they got barred.
