The one thing i'm confused about and have emailed them about is, is it just food/groceries you scan or does it include other things you buy like DVDs, magazines etc?:D
You scan in all shopping you do including mags etc as they have a barcode. Also things bought off the internet. There are bar codes in the book that came with your clicker, you will get the hang of it“You’re only here for a short visit.

Thanks ever so muchWas unsure as i buy a lot of things like DVDs, electronics etc off the net and get invoices with them but my Mum does most of the grocery shopping, so will have to nab the receipts off her. Wasn't sure if my online shopping counted

I brought a 47" lcd tv for the other half. We do scan and we also do food on the go. I think its great and you can buy some lovely rewards. I have been doing this for 3 years.

Hi
I received my Shop and Scan kit a couple days ago and have since had to ring them and email them several times because my Internet would freeze every time I press Transmit on the website to transmit my barcodes. The clicker itself seems to be working fine.
I have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8. Is anybod else having the same problem/ know why this might be happening or have any ideas for what to do?
Thanks0 -

Hi Tulip,
I have phoned and emailed them several times over the last few days and they keep telling me to re-install the drivers and check my internet settings. In the last phone call, I was told the supervisor would give me a call on Monday (tomorrow) so will wait and see what happens.
However, I have since found out it must be an Internet problem as I've found a program on the Opticon website (company that sell the barcode readers) that you can download onto your computer and when you plug your barcode reader in, all your barcodes get saved to a text file that you can open to view them. I might see if I can just email the codes every week if nothing else works ?0 -
Thanks for the link I've just registered tooAlways on the lookout for a great deal, bargain, or unmissable offer! :j
