You should contact shop and scan. I was having trouble a few weeks ago and they sent me a new serial cable and that fixed the problem

I have contact more then 3 time , they have send me new batters and a new USB cable , but I'm still having problems uploding my barcodes ....... what do I do (other then contacting them .)

I was having the same trouble before, phoned up and someone suggested plugging the usb cable in the back of your tower instead of the front, hey presto it worked and no probs since!

Has anyone not had their points added this week for shop & scan or food on the go?

Normally get them added on a Monday but haven't had any email so far.
