i had problems with my clicker and complained in the end they sent me one that goes into the front of the computer instead of the back ever since i haven't had any problems maybe you should suggest that to them.0 -

When i was doing this my clicker suddenly stopped working, and they sent me 1 that goes into the front, sadly that didnt work either so i said i would resign.
Luckily the lady told me of another thing where you scan shopping etc, but it works down the phone line, so ive been doing that for some time now.0 -
I got a text from them just now saying that they had some computer issues last week.
they will credit them this week.
ive had 4 scanners so far and 3 docks.
One of mine had a sticker from an IT company - leading me to believe its not exactly new equipment they are issuing.Scrimping and saving!0 -
thanks for that good to know that i am not the only. the sent me this email earlier today
We have credited your account for last week.
The error is all connected to the same battery problem.
Unfortunately they only tend to last a matter of weeks at present.
We are sending you 4 replacement batteries to use.
To help you change the batteries, please click on this link to watch a short & simple demonstration video: http://www.shopandscan.com/batteryreplacement.
Please avoid leaving the clicker plugged into the pc while you are not using it to transmit, as this depletes the batteries
Thank you

so they are sending rubbish clickers out says it all. i also do fact finders and have had no problems with their scanner. my clicker does connect to the front of my pc but does not make any difference will wait and see if the new batteries make a difference. thanks for all your comments.0 -
Hiya, I had problems transmitting a few months ago that took ages to sort out. Scanned ok, but wouldn't transmit. They sent new clickers, batteries, CD to reload drivers - but didn't work. In the end discovered it was the cable - have new cable and all works fine now - maybe worth chking that too if you are experiencing problems x0

I reckon that they recycle there clickers and just send you the same one back lol0

Ive had so many different clickers, batteries & cables now. They seem to have quite a limited life span & I;m convinced that they aren't new - just recycled.
This is not a problem in itself, but I have found that when I contact them to say its not working they always seem to blame me like its my fault! At least now I know the problem doesn't lie with me :rolleyes:0 -
I received an email this morning to tell be that I can get an extra 500 points by scanning my till receipts and sending the image along with my usual weekly beep return.
Bit tough on those without a scanner or digital camera! I shall oblige and this will put a typical year's earnings up to about £100.0 -
will put my earnings up to £598
£10 a week for 2 of us texting
£1 a week for sending codes
£0.5 a week for sending receipts0
