just a random question, but how many surveys from shop and scan do people get a month. i think its a quick and easy way of getting more points.

Approx 1 per month, i've had 11 so far this year.

I have had the same issue and emailed twice and had no reply. I have uploaded two weeks now and not recieved the 1100 points each time. Let me know if you sort this out.

Best to give them a call, it's a freephone number and you should get help quicker that way.

I phoned them and the lovely lady explained that they've been having problems with crediting points with the new shoppers.

She added my points on there and then

Thanks so much for answers to my question re the clicker not beeping. I found out it was due to me not scanning the purchaser name barcode first before scanning the shopping - duhh how stupid of me. I've done loads of shopping the last few days and scanned all barcodes and I know you should only transmit once a week before midnight on Sunday but do you think there is any chance that if you do tons of shopping that the clicker may get full and therefore lose all the barcodes for the week - I hope not!! I just hope the clicker has loads of memory space on it!

don't know, but never had a problem to date. maybe you will find it will not scan anymore and then you know it is full.

I always transmit bar codes after I have finished scanning them and never knew you were only supposed to do it once a week, I also do this as the manufacturers manual for the bar code scanner says that they can only retain data for 3 days.

Hi all
I signed up a couple of weeks ago. Said it all went thru ok. No confirmation email tho, and not heard anything since.
I suppose it differs for everyone, but how long did it take for everyone to get their "kit"?
