on 16th May 2011. Just in case anyone was thinking of moving to TalkTalk. This is very disappointing to those who use their forum..

    I sometimes peruse the TT forums (for a laugh :p ) and saw this announcement. The CS&B forum is the one forum that TT appear to really need!

    One of my colleagues has an open question on the forum that is still awaiting resolution 10 weeks later.

    Good news. This decision has now been reversed, thanks to all those who made their feelings known to TT.

    So I see. It seems big companies CAN listen to their customers ... CS&B is probably the key factor in stopping TT losing lots of customers. :)
