Moving home - choose Sky LLU or TalkTalk LLU?

Hopefully moving soon and new home can only get Sky or TalkTalk on LLU, so rather limited. Which one would you go with?
I will have to cancel our O2 Standard legacy as its not available, so still would like unlimited broadband. My initial thoughts are to with the Sky Unlimited product, stay with BT line rental on basic package as we're light users. This will cost £15pm, a lot higher than O2 but it seems that's the way its going for unlimited.

Sky LLU is a reasonable product, certainly better than TT
You may be limited to only 2 LLU suppliers, but you still have the option of dozens of non-LLU ones as well.No free lunch, and no free laptop
