Hi there i have been trying to purchase a Motorola K1 from the carphone warehouse.

I have entered all of my details and then i have put in my american express car details which on the site they say they accept and it is not going through and saying the card details you have entered are incorrect. I have tried this several time thinking i have made a mistake entering the details but i havent.

Anyone have any advise what to do? I dont want to purchase this phone in the shop as it is more expensive?

Can't speak for Carphone Warehouse but I regularly have problems trying to use my American Express card on internet purchases, usually a problem with security code on back of sig strip, and often end up having to pay with my debit card, which is really annoying.

Hi thanks for the reply. Is there no way around this? Also do you know if there is a number you can ring and perhaps order over the phone. I have searched and cannot find anything.
