Has anyone used the above site. I stupidly sold my phone to them and still have not received payment.
Every time I call I get told the cheque has been sent out or it has been paid into my bank, and i am still waiting!!
Does anyone know what my rights are?
Many thanks

It can't be both sent cheque and paid into bank - they are fobbing you off.

Never used them myself but their site is not promising

"Due to our current backlog we are not accepting any mobile phones ,this website is temporally closed. We are currently dealing with all requests and will either send payment or return mobile phones."

Might be worth contacting trading standards etc for proper advice.
  • We sent our mobile to them in good faith, being told that it was worth £69. After a few weeks we got a phone call to say that the phone was so badly damaged that it was being sent back to us (the phone was like new, no damage whatsoever). When we did not receive the phone back after another week we contacted them again and was told that they had not sent the phone out and that they would pay us £45 for the 'damaged' phone. We chased them for weeks before finally receiving the cheque. We then got a letter and the cheque returned to us from the bank to say that the cheque had bounced! We contacted them by letter and by email explaining what had happened and asked for them to send another form of payment. Another two weeks later, we were sent an email saying that a replacement cheque was being sent out in the post that day. We sent the phone off to them in April, we are still waiting for the replacement cheque!!!!
