Letting you renew is hardly a resolution - letting you go is much better. When issues like these occur with VM - and they are symptomatic of their billing system (same for cable/phone/TV), is to seek an additional 'goodie' to make it worth your while having to stand over your monthly bill with a magnifying glass.

I could have written the original post myself. Regularly, but not every month, my data package drops off the radar and they charge me for data and/or they 'forget' to take off my agreed discount. So I ring and get it corrected and they say it won't happen again and so it goes on. Only 2 more months and I am moving to Vodafone. You do wonder if this has been going for so long, how many customers haven't noticed and how much money Virgin has made from these 'errors'.
