Sorry, just nipped on quickly - at Maths course all am and just got back from therapist. The bad news is I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (as well as Depression, Anxiety and OCD :() but the good news is she can help me with all of this and it shouldn't take lots of sessions. I feel so much better after seeing her; all of this I've been going through is completely normal with my circumstances and I already feel like a weight has been lifted. Roll on next week!!!!

Flying wise, just done dailies, nothing else. I'm about to do school/nursery run (DH away) so here's my list for later:

    Ironing
    Typing
    Relax ......

Must get an early night as stayed up far too late again last night.

Many many thanks to all who offered posi-vibes and spoons today.

DD1 is feeling better, DD2 has completed the Photography and is quite happy about what she got in - and she finished her final 3 pics. One of her mates hasn't finished and seemed to have virtually nothing to show for it!

I have been to see the GP - I got a sympathetic hearing and a shedload of tablets. I'm glad i went cos the symptoms are getting worse not better - hope the tablets kick in soon....

Could have done without the hour long wait at the GPs though....

You are all right, I must have a good deep clean before I start my new job then I can just try and keep on top of things, I don't want to spend my days off cleaning!

I am going to try and do a 'check list' of things to do each day.

I am really worrying if I have done the right thing in taking a full time position, home life is less than harmonious at the moment, me & my husband are on the verge of separating, my daughter is pregnant and her boyfriend lives with us, and my teenage son is not coping with his diabetes and is school phobic!

Sorry that last paragraph wasn't strictly related to this thread! Good to get it off my chest though.

    Today I have:

Hung 2 loads of washing out
    Sorted out kitchen
    Collected daughter from college

Still got to make a veggie lasagne for tea.

I was about to go shopping and realised we have something for dinner so OH persuaded me not to go...it didn't take much though! Having a cuppa, some of which I decluttered over the lappy :o and about to install a new anti-virus programme before doing a search for life insurance/car insurance/gas & electric comparisons

    Afternoon

I've done two loads of washing, including my bedding, which I had to hokey-cokey but it's dry now. Couldn't clean properly upstairs because of the work being done but at least my bed is clean. When the workmen left this afternoon I vacuumed through downstairs (the apprentice already did it but with a crap vacuum and it was a bit half-hearted;)). Then I washed the kitchen floor. I've cleaned the toilet and sink. I had to wash the soap before I could wash my hands - like having kids back home again!

All ready for the dust to start again tomorrow.
