I knew I wouldn't have long to wait for some truly awful agent presentation, and here it is, fresh from my inbox:
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-33846602.html
Just down the road. Surely they could have used a proper camera and shown more than 3 photos?
Obviously, round here, we don't have to try too hard!
Perhaps the Estate Agents think photographs are superfluous given their use of prose in the description:
TO THE OUTSIDE The bungalow is approached over a tarmacadamed driveway providing parking for many vehicles as it meanders through the enchanting grounds to the bungalow itself. To the right of the entrance is one of the many ponds together with the adjacent garage of single car size. As one ascends the driveway leading towards the bungalow itself, there are ponds to either side of you, (one stocked with a number of carp) with each producing the sound of running water. As one reaches the bungalow itself, looking back one is entranced by the sheer beauty of the gardens, there being a wonderful array of established shrubs and bushes interspersed with a number of fine mature trees, with the whole combining to create the loveliest of outlooks and calming atmosphere.
. The separate fly sheet describes the garden content in more specific detail for those of us of a more horticultural nature!0 -
Count the swags. I dare you.
And is that wet wall in the living room?

Also, look at the bedroom piccies, brown stripes anyone?
There are blocks of maisonettes like that near where I used to live and they had 2 or 3 bedrooms. But you would be lucky to sell one of them for £20,000 lol! It is all about location obviouslyBSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -

Found the flats/maisonettes I meant, on reflection - the previous one listed that I talked about definitely looks better than these do from the outside.... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-33539351.html
