Hello
I am not able to connect my laptop to the wireless router. Just rang Virginmedia
and they have said the modem and wireless router is fine. They have also mentioned that the wireless adapter drivers or files in the laptop needs replacing or updating.
Please let me know how to get this sorted.

what version of windows are you using
what make/model laptop
what model wireless router did they supply
does it attempt to connect and give an error message
does it ask you to enter the network key and have you done so ?Ex forum ambassador

Toshiba, L650D series
D-Link, DIR615
Connects but there is a message 'Limited Access'0 -
has it EVER worked ??
forgot to ask last time , sorry
try with a direct cable connection, do you get the same message or does that work ??Ex forum ambassador
