Hello

I am not able to connect my laptop to the wireless router. Just rang Virginmedia
and they have said the modem and wireless router is fine. They have also mentioned that the wireless adapter drivers or files in the laptop needs replacing or updating.
Please let me know how to get this sorted.

does it attempt to connect and give an error message

does it ask you to enter the network key and have you done so ?
